How I Slimmed my Waist // Standing Abs & Cardio Workout (No Repeats or Equipment )
Today I'm sharing the workout routine I did at home to strengthen my core and lose 5 inches off my waist.
🫧 TIP: To get the most out of the workout really work on controlling your core. Going faster is not better. Rather, you want to keep your core muscles under tension to strengthen and challenge it! Use a regular breathing pattern to boost circulation. You'll feel your body warm up!
✨ NOTE: my waist got smaller because I paired this routine with a caloric deficit. The workout helps train the deep core which helps the core look tighter and stronger. As I lost weight I was able to see more definition and shape.

Hi, I decided to try it pilates and I will write you the results. Additionally, I do afit exercises every day - 1000 kcal. waist circumference: 61 centimeters thigh circumference: 45 centimeters Day 1: I managed to do both workouts. Day 2: Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7:
I don't understand what it's like to have thick thighs, but I sure do hate having skinny thighs. I'm trying my best to build muscle and gain weight but can not get rid of my thigh gap. People make fun of me for it, and I'm very insecure. Are there any exercises that build muscle on thighs??
status: now i weight 80kg want 46kg 1 day-hardest that i thought and i have no coincidence 😢 2 day-easier but everything hurt me 3 day-much easier and i think i lost some kgs 4 day- burpees are the worst but much easier is doing everything, my body is starts looks ⏳️ 5 day- 6 day- 7 day- everyday update ❤

IM STARTING TO DO THIS EXERCISE FOR 2 MONTHS!! 🗓️ -starting date: 25th June -finishing date: 25th August weight 67.8kg height 168cm DAY 1 = COMPLETED ✅ (67.8kg) Ive tried this exercise once before, so it wasnt that hard as the first time. It took more than 1 hour for me, but at least im done!

My brother thought I was dead. Almost saw God but i think He’s gonna throw me to hell. Also I think I’m only gonna 50 burpees and jumping jacks from now on because I’m also doing 2 other workouts (for my legs and height) also please remind me to update 🫡

Im gonna attempt this for a week remind me everyday guys (But im eating regularly and not doing a diet) Weight: 55kg Goal: 45kg Day 1: ✅ (2x one after breakfast one after lunch) I ate a fast food but when I did it again I already saw lines forming for abs.. ?! Day 2: ✅ (1x for now) When i finished i checked and the abs seem to show more but the line going down hasnt shown alot. And my belly got flatter and waist got a bit thinner tho not much yet ] Day 3: ✅ ( 1x + Wonyoung Pilates) [ My belly got more flatter and the abdomen structure is more visible without sucking my belly. My legs still hurt from the burpees.. ] Day 4: ( tmrw)

Día 1: duele demasiado y terminé agotadisima Día 2: Los burpees son un pocooo más fáciles y no me cansé tanto Día 3: Igual al día 2, lo hice más tarde de lo usual Día 4: no lo pude hacer, estuve con el día muy ocupado. Día 5: Fue más fácil, lo que me cuesta mas es la subida y bajada de plancha, empiezo a ver levees cambios.
